An author, playwright and screenwriter, consultant and college professor, Marabella shares his experience about workplace matters, caregiving and thought-filled arts and entertainment. He will discuss challenges and success in the workplace around people centered issues such as empathy, authenticity, integrity and mindfulness and others that promote his philosophy, "Manage with a Heart, in ways that feed the Spirit!" Marabella, a professor of management at Moravian College, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (Villanova University) an MBA (St. Joseph's University) and a DSW - doctor of social work (University of Pennsylvania).
